I recently re-framed a few mono-prints I did in college. I had originally framed them together in a black frame I recycled from another picture from high school. I thought it would be fitting to put each in its own cherry frame now that I make my own. Each picture measures about 5x6 inches and is printed on 140 lb cotton paper. The ink is oil based which gave me lots of time to work and re-work the image after each successive print. These two images are from a series of three, one of which I gave to a friend. Like many of my prints these were experimental and served the purpose of familiarizing me with technique and materials, as opposed to representing a particular subject matter.
